The Justice League of Ohio is a Victims Rights Legal Clinic founded in 2003 to provide free legal services to protect the rights of children and families whom have been victims of violent crime. The Justice League works to restore faith and balance in the criminal justice system by ensuring that the laws protecting crime victims' rights are upheld as diligently as the rights of defendants and offenders.
The Justice League is the first organization in Ohio to provide an opportunity for victims to file a complaint if it is felt that a victim's constitutional rights have been violated. We then assist in resolving that complaint through an informal form of mediation or through legal representation. Our role is not to usurp the authority of criminal justice officials. Our role is to help ensure that victims' statutory rights are upheld and to assist victims and criminal justice agencies in achieving this common goal.
The Justice League is a non-profit 501 ( c) 3 organization that needs your support.
